Michael and Julie established their own successful leadership training & consultancy business in 1999 and embed Christian principles into all their training.
In 2006 Michael & Julie established the charity 'Be Who You Can Be' delivering motivational, life coaching & life skills training to the local community, its aim is to 'release the potential from within'.
Michael & Julie have been blessed with a spirit of encouragement and the ability to teach. God has led them to encourage His children to choose to Be Who They Can Be in Christ in every situation every day.
The ministry Be Who You Can Be in Christ has grown year by year, from its early beginnings in 2002 where Julie delivered workshops in a local church for small groups to the present where we have both delivered workshops, ministered in the West Midlands, North West & Wales. In 2007 Julie spent a month in Uganda ministering and in 2008 fulfilling Gods promise to Julie we both visited Uganda where we delivered leadership training and ministered in Kampala and Mabarara and conducted various interviews on national radio.
This encouraging and liberating ministry, based on scripture has enabled people to grow in their belief of what God says about them and their relationship with Him, gaining greater clarity of mind, direction and confidence to walk in all that He has planned for them.
We Praise the Lord as he alone has opened the doors and directing this ministry for the benefit of His people.
